Being able to sleep well is a huge deal.

 

I've always admired my wife's amazing ability to sleep. Every night when she lies in bed and the lights are turned off, she can fall asleep within minutes, and her sleep quality is extremely high. I, on the other hand, need to take more than ten minutes to gradually fall asleep. Reasonable energy release Another type of insomnia occurs when some people have too much personal energy and only need to sleep for about five hours a day.

Take myself as an example. I go to bed at twelve o'clock every night and get up at around six o'clock in the morning. After six hours of "charging", I can be energetic all day.

There are also many similar friends around me. If they don't release all their energy during the day, they always toss and turn in bed and have a hard time falling asleep.

For this situation, the solution is very simple and straightforward. If you feel you still have energy, just get up and read a thick and difficult book for a while. Believe me, within half an hour, you'll be drowsy.

What? You don't like reading? Then exercise vigorously in your favorite way for an hour, then take a hot bath, and you should be able to fall asleep as soon as you lie down. It's the same principle as walking a dog, playing with a cat, or taking a child out.

Mental state adjustment: Many friends suffer from insomnia because they can't let go of things in their hearts. They keep thinking about things, tossing and turning, and before they know it, it's already late at night.

This long - term emotional stress can even lead to depression.

This is actually when one's real ability is tested. Even if you have great talent, if you don't have enough tolerance and a broad mind, you'll be filled with worry at the slightest thing.
